Comment on my new poem please?

I am no student of poetry, but I often use it as an outlet and a tool to express myself. I liked it very much, and I can apply this to a situation in my past. Thanks for sharing, I envisioned a phoenix rising from the ashes in the last bit. New form, new shape, new world, stronger than before. Best wishes.
