I started a new job and my co worker hates me?

She is black and not good looking and never been married. She seems to be very very unhappy she complains about her mother her brother, men, her boss, me, and oh me...now i'm her new target. She has another co worker who is black gang up on me and they tell me one thing and say they did not they are trying to sabotage me because they say over and over to eachother that they "are not going to loose thier jobs", implying that they are scared they will because they have both not been doing the best jobs.....that is why i was hired to be the new person though i am in training....They refuse to acknowledge that they are supervising me now that my technical supervisor is out of the picture..she has gone back to her regular shift. She talks very bad about the supervisor and then when she is around she acts like an angel but she is at the point where if I ask her a question she will ignore me and so will francis the other co-worker when they feel like it. I am in a medical lab setting so this is very innapropriate because we are dealing with peoples lifes. Gwen will be complaining for lets say 2 hours on and off per night about a subject and wont stop...a subject such as getting the work out at time yet she doesnt realize the more she focuses on her problems the more she slows down.....she complained to the boss about something that I did what exactly I dont know my boss could not explain but.....we are suppose to meet about this today....my boss yelled at me.....my b.f heard her and said she sounds like a bi$#h...what would you do?
