Please help.Is this female ejaculation or incontinence?

I've had this annoying issue for awhile. I will pee and wait until I feel that my bladder is completely empty. However, if I sit there for a few minutes, I get the urge to release something again. I can repeat this every few minutes, this feeling of needing to release something and I do. Its a little trickling stream. It feels like peeing, but I don't think something like that is possible with urination, is it? The bad part is that the more I keep doing it, the more the urge won't go away. Sometimes I'll get up from the toilet and feel like I have to run right back after a few minutes. I told the doctor about this and I took bladder infection medicine but it didn't change anything. I've never had an accident or anything where I lost control and wet myself or anything.The weird thing is that I'm not stimulated ually when I get these urges to "pee." It gets to be very uncomfortable, like I have to keep running back to the bathroom. I've never used a vibrator before etc and I'm still a virgin. Any advice as to what this could be?
