I really like this guy?

OK, so there is this guy in my homeroom cl who is a sophmore. I am a freshman. He is very quiet and usually keeps to himself and his friends. He has a very outgoing twin brother who my friend likes. So the quiet one that I like, I have never talked to him in my life. However, whenever we make eye contact (which is VERY often), I just get this really uplifting feeling. And there is just something about this guy, I just can't put my finger on it. He is also in a band with his brother and some of their friends. I have absolutely no cles with him. I only see him for those five minutes in homeroom. My friend lives next door to him and she talks to them sometimes. I really have no idea what to do about him! I just really seem to like him. Help!
