Plz someone tell me what this is on my ! and is it serious?

ok so three days ago ive been feeling really bad, ive had high fever, diarea, migraine, and i have a red bump the size of a nickel on my , but yesterday i felt good, normal but today i have no fever but the migraine is back and the bump on my is painful at touch, its red, hard, and i thought it was a cyst or boil caused by staff but it doesnt have drainage and nothing comes out when i squeeze it. Does anyone know what it is
