We want to change the registered name of the email id "angrau_vc@yahoo.com". Is it possible.?

we are using the the email id "angrau_vc@yahoo.com" for our official use of the VICE-CHANCELLOR, ACHARYA N.G.RANGA AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY. THE TERM OF THE VICE-CHANCELLOR IS THREE YEARS. EVERY THREE YEARS NEW VICE-CHANCELLOR UMES CHARGE. The email id mentioned above was already familiar to most of sister concerns. NOW WE WANT TO CHANGE THE REGISTER NAME OF THE EMAIL ID AS " VICE-CHANCELLOR,ANGRAU, instead of "S. RAGHU VARDHAN REDDY"
