What is the music used during the Only Fools And Horses, Amsterdam chase scene?

uming I am thinking of the same thing - Organ playing, fairground styled tune. As far as I am aware, it was composed by Ronnie Hazlehurst. He did a lot of work on OFAH, composing many of the original musical scores. Unfortunatly, I don't know the name of the tune (if it even has one), nor do I know who actually performed it.
