What to do with my dog while im at school?

ok I'm getting a puppy soon not sure exactly ideas would be helpful.ok so school is soon but i dont know what to do with the puppy while im out for 7 hours or so.my mom will nvr feed it she hates animals my bro goes out to his uni and my sisters are scared of dogs its an outside dog.i only have 2 cousins that have dogs but they go to school the same time as me and go home the same so i need some things to keep the dog busy.also my cousin has 3 rotts and i want our puppies to get along but he training his to be viscious
