Why would a Honda Dealer lie to a customer telling him nothing is wrong with his ATV?

They're just there to make it look like if you buy the things they sell, you'll be taken care of while you own it. But you won't! Even when you are under the best service plan, they only pretend to do stuff like change oil, fluids, windshield wipers, broken parts, etc. It's a hoax.
